Caroline Behringer, Media Associate

Caroline Behringer is a Media Associate in PAI's Communications Department where she works primarily in media relations and outreach. She began working as an intern with PAI in 2008 after graduating from American University in Washington, DC where she received her B.A. in International Studies and Spanish/Latin American Studies. Caroline gained experience interning previously for the US Department of Agriculture and the Department of the Interior, as well as for the Middle East Institute. She has done extensive volunteer work abroad on environmental and human rights issues. Her interests lie in communications, social justice, women's issues, and global health.
